I will share 3 things they have done for me to make my feet feel better. #1 – Put your feet up
Sounds simple enough, but until you try to do it every two hours, you’ll realize how often you keep both feet on the ground. During pregnancy, your body has a lot of extra fluid and this can cause swelling. Your legs are away from your heart (which pumps fluid), so swelling is mild and common. Elevating your legs so that gravity helps to mobilize the fluid will give you relief.
The arch of the foot is raised and connected by ligaments. Carrying the extra weight during pregnancy can make them tired, fatigued, and cause back pain, especially when they first get out of bed in the morning. Stretching your legs is great, but don’t forget your feet and toes. Try rolling the ball and arch of your foot like a tennis ball for an extra massage.

Wearing the compression stockings recommended to me in July was not ideal, but swimming or bathing in the evening was. Both offer compression to relieve leg pain. Plantar fasciitis is usually seen in middle-aged patients, but can also affect younger people. We also often see it in people who put a lot of stress on their feet, such as runners, athletes and soldiers. It affects about 2 million people in the United States each year.
